What's the right approach for me?

That varies from person to person! I’m not here to waste your time or effort. I want you to be the happiest and healthiest version of yourself. What insurance plans do you accept?

I accept most of the major insurance providers including Cigna, United Healthcare, Blue Cross, Blue Shield, Anthem, Kaiser Permanente, and more.

I know someone else who needs therapy. How do I get them to be ok with it?

This is always a tough situation to be in. I admire your passion and persistence in helping a loved one overcome their current challenge. A candid conversation is always the best way to approach this type of situation. If you’d like additional support or ideas, don’t hesitate to contact me.

What are your session options?

I try to provide session options that are flexible and meet my clients’ needs. Typically, I offer 1–2 hour sessions for Therapy and Coaching—though I am open to creating a custom session duration and plan that meets your needs.

Are you available outside of Denver?

I’m license in the state of Colorado, but I can help you in any state. In this day and age—Skype works for most folks, but we can absolutely FaceTime or video chat on another service of your choosing. If you’re interested in remote sessions or alternative forms of assistance—don’t hesitate to ask!
